Kreation Hotels Colombo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and country, and the details of your booking.
- Special requests you share with us (for example dietary needs or an airport pickup).
- At check-in, your NIC or passport number and a copy of the document, as required for hotel registration in Sri Lanka.
- Payment details. Card payments are processed by PayHere; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information when you use our website (such as your browser and the pages you visit).
Why we use it
- To confirm, manage and charge for your booking, and to contact you about it.
- To register your stay as required by law.
- To keep our guests and property safe and to prevent fraud.
- To improve our website and service. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the hotel (our booking and payment providers, including PayHere), with booking sites you booked through, and with authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Copies of identity documents are stored securely and encrypted, and are only accessible to authorised staff.
Your rights
