These terms apply to bookings made with Kreation Hotels Colombo on this website, by phone, email or messaging. By booking you agree to them.
Your booking
- Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a booking number.
- Prices are per room and include the taxes and service charge shown at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise.
- The rate you choose shows what is included (for example breakfast) and its cancellation conditions.
Payment
- Some rates ask for a deposit or full payment when you book. The amount is shown before you confirm. The balance, if any, is paid at the hotel.
- We accept cash, cards and bank transfer at the hotel.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.
- Every guest must show a valid NIC or passport at check-in.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation and no-show conditions depend on the rate you booked. They are shown when you book, in your confirmation and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
During your stay
- Please respect other guests and our staff. We may ask guests who cause serious disturbance or damage to leave.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the room or hotel property.
Liability
We take good care of our guests and their belongings, but we are not responsible for valuables left unattended in rooms. Please use the safe where one is provided.
